We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the day you receive your package.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange it or request a refund.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
To qualify for an exchange or a refund, please ensure that:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The seal or wrapping of the perfume box must not be broken or damaged (except in case of receiving a damaged/incorrect product).
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are only eligible for exchange, not refunds.
How to Initiate a Return
Following these simple steps will ensure a smooth process:
Reach out to our customer care team on WhatsApp or call at +92 324 9206345. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return.
Safely pack the perfume bottle back in its original box and place it inside a secure shipping box to prevent any breakage in transit.
Ship the parcel back to our warehouse. (We will share our warehouse address details with you during step 1). Please note that return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Refund Process
Once your returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team:
- We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- The refund can be sent directly to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash wallet.
